The fourth Tim Ho Wan outlet opens at Hankyu Department Store

Just months after the third branch in Taichung, Dayeh Takashimaya, opened in June, Tim Ho Wan is now set to launch its fourth store in Taipei at Uni-President Hankyu Department Store. Renovation signs have already gone up in the basement food court on the second underground level, with the new outlet expected to open in late September. This will be Tim Ho Wan’s third branch in Taipei, following the stations-front and ShinYi New World locations.

Since entering the Taiwanese market in 2014, and with the upcoming Hankyu branch opening in September, Tim Ho Wan now has four outlets in Taiwan. The brand is known for serving authentic Michelin one-star dim sum, with steamed-to-order dishes that capture the essence of Hong Kong cuisine. In addition to the standard menu items available at all branches, each location also offers exclusive chef-recommended limited-time dishes. For example, the ShinYi branch features radish stewed with soy sauce beef tripe, salt-and-pepper squid balls, while the stations-front branch offers preserved meat glutinous rice, curry beef brisket ramen, and crispy fried tofu with savory powder. Furthermore, the stations-front, ShinYi, and Dayeh Takashimaya branches all currently provide takeaway services.
