The “Happy Rice Ball,” once hand-shaped by President Ma Ying-jeou, is now on sale. Previously, the “Happy Rice Ball” was unveiled and trial-sold during the “2015 First Railway Bento Festival” at the Taiwan Culinary Exhibition, and due to positive fan feedback, Taiwan Railways decided to launch breakfast bars starting September 15 and begin selling the “Happy Rice Ball.”
