After the completion of the Zhanghua County Qingshuiyan Hot Spring area, the foot soaking pool was opened to the public for free during the Spring Festival, attracting numerous visitors daily. Although currently only foot soaking is available, the steaming hot free hot spring pool remains a big little joy for visitors during the cold winter days. Those who still want to experience it should seize the last chance, as the foot bath facility will remain free only until the end of April.

The Zhanghua County Government invested nearly NT$200 million to build the Qingshuiyan Hot Spring park, featuring sodium bicarbonate springs known as "beauty springs." The park includes foot soaking pools, gender-separated nude baths, public baths, a children’s splash pool, and an outdoor open-air bath. The wooden Japanese-style architecture and simple, elegant garden create a relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, there is a camping area for barbecues and outings, making it perfect for family fun.

Near the Qingshuiyan Forest area, there are abundant forest resources and hiking trails. Cycling enthusiasts can head to the Changqing Bicycle Path, where they can also enjoy pastoral scenery and vibrant fields of flowers.
