Autumn has quietly arrived. Take advantage of the still pleasant and cool weather to visit Fushoushan and admire the magnificent seas of cosmos flowers. The cosmos fields in Taichung’s Fushoushan are not only vast in area but also set against a backdrop of continuous green mountains, white clouds, and woods, offering an irreplaceable beauty of floral splendor.

Many visitors go to Fushoushan in late autumn to admire the red maple leaves, but in fact, starting from the Mid-Autumn Festival, large areas of cosmos flowers begin to bloom successively across Fushoushan, covering a stretch of 2 hectares. The flower sea undulates in the wind, complementing the snow-capped mountain ranges hidden in the misty clouds, with the bright blue sky at the top layer, the continuous green mountains and trees in the middle, and the pink and colorful cosmos flower sea at the bottom—this is the most pure and rustic early-autumn scenery at Fushoushan Farm. Although Typhoon Dujuan disrupted things in the middle of this year, fortunately, the flower sea remains intact. Visitors can come to admire the flowers at Fushoushan until mid-October. The flower sea is mainly distributed in areas such as the tea factory zone and fruit tree cultivation zone within the park.
