Once voted the No. 1 choice for "the Christmas you most want to spend with your loved ones," Japan’s Universal Studios has launched its 55-day winter celebration event “Universal Wonder Christmas” from November 13 to January 6 of the following year. The Harry Potter Wizarding World within the park will offer a brand-new winter-limited menu, and a new story-based Christmas performance show, “The Song of an Angel III,” will also make its debut, delivering a truly one-of-a-kind magical Christmas experience.

The Wizarding World of Harry Potter is covered in snow during winter, enhancing the immersive storytelling experience for visitors. During this period, a winter-limited magical menu is also available. Universal Studios has faithfully recreated the luxurious meal mentioned in the original novel “Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone” — the first-ever extravagant feast tasted by Harry since birth — warming fans’ hearts with delicious food.

The globally acclaimed “Miracle of the Angels” performance is transformed this year into a dazzling audiovisual spectacle. Radiant angels dance in the sky to clear, gentle vocals, using a powerful light and sound show along with vibrant colors to create a grand-scale spatial experience, offering an unprecedented top-tier spectacle. “The Song of an Angel III” is composed by world-renowned Japanese composer Toshiyuki Muramatsu, and performed by the British boys' choir “Libera (Angel Voices),” known as “the world’s brief angelic voices,” whose beautiful singing touches the hearts of all visitors.

In addition, the “World’s No. 1 Light Christmas Tree,” certified by the Guinness World Records for four consecutive years, is a must-see limited-time attraction in the park. Standing 36 meters tall and decorated with over 360,000 lights that twinkle like stars, this dreamlike Christmas tree will appear before visitors in a brand-new form during “The Song of an Angel III.” The daytime Christmas parade “Santa’s Toy March,” which has become a hit, welcomes a new member this year: the Minions join the fun, dancing and singing along with children dressed as mini Santas, creating a unique Christmas experience through the parade.
