The 2015 Taipei International Travel Fair officially kicked off on November 6 and ran for four days until 19:00 on November 9. Domestic and international tourism organizations gathered to promote their highlights and special deals, including the highly emphasized JAPANKURU, which showcases the allure of Japan, also made another appearance. Not only did it present authentic Japanese culture and shopping information, but it also brought a Japanese food stall, traditional Japanese dance “Bon Odori,” yukata experiences, and more. Japanese beauty product discounts and giveaways were also a major highlight. Visitors to JAPANKURU (Booth: A1812, enter via Hall 13-1 for the shortest route) can check out the latest trends in Japanese pharmacy cosmetics—something no Japan travel enthusiast should miss.

One of the biggest draws was Chocola BB Vitamin B Complex, beloved by Taiwanese, Chinese, Hong Kong, and Macau tourists and ranked as the top brand for Vitamin B among travelers to Japan—it’s even nicknamed “BB.” The brand’s blue-packaged Chocola BB Lucent C, known for its whitening effects, is also a hit with female travelers. Combining Vitamin B, Vitamin C, and melanin-lightening ingredients, it helps fade spots caused by melanin buildup, and includes 100mg of Vitamin E Group to boost blood circulation. Meanwhile, the red-packaged Chocola BB Royal T emphasizes royal jelly and taurine, helping to relieve fatigue, nourish the body, and enhance vitality. It’s not only a favorite among BB fans but also recommended by Taiwan’s beauty guru, Teacher Kevin.

The JAPANKURU booth also featured performances of traditional Japanese festival dances and taiko drumming, along with appearances by Japanese comedian jarujaru. Visitors could even join in dancing to the “Yo-kai Watch” theme, making for an explosively fun atmosphere. While experiencing the charm of Japan, travelers were also given the latest shopping insights. For many, shopping is a key highlight of a trip to Japan—knowing how to shop smart, get great value, and pick the most popular items. JAPANKURU delivered first-hand intel on all of that.
