"The Bride" will be constructed in Basra Province in southern Iraq, comprising four buildings, with the tallest main tower reaching 1,152 meters and featuring 241 floors. It will house offices, hotels, parks, schools, residences, and even an internal railway network, resembling a vertical city.

In addition to its distinctive appearance, the building emphasizes sustainability and environmental protection, targeting "zero-energy consumption." Each tower will use reflection to maximize natural light while minimizing solar heat gain. The architectural firm AMBS Architects, responsible for the project, stated that "The Bride" is not only meant for residents or office workers but for everyone from around the world to enjoy. It also aims to promote more concentrated urban development while protecting the environment, with completion expected in phases by 2025.
