Exclusive booking info revealed for Minions-themed rooms at Universal Studios!

In 2015, Universal Studios Osaka launched the Minions-themed area "Minion Plaza," attracting numerous fans to the pilgrimage site. Subsequently, various seasonal Minions events were introduced throughout the year. To celebrate its tenth anniversary, "Universal Port Hotel" located next to Universal Studios Japan has been decorating the hotel with a Minions theme since summer, with yellow Minions visible everywhere from the entrance to the lobby. As 2016 arrived, the hotel took things further by introducing Minions-themed rooms, available for online reservation starting January 18, with check-in possible from April!

To celebrate its tenth anniversary, Universal Port Hotel began decorating areas such as the hotel entrance, lobby, and elevators with Minions themes from mid-July 2015. Riding on the continued popularity of the Minions, in 2016 they launched Minions-themed suites, with the entire room, walls, and bed linens covered in Minions patterns to keep guests company at night. In addition, guests staying in the Minions suites will receive an exclusive shopping bag and calendar co-branded with the Minions and Universal Port Hotel. Online reservations can begin on January 18, 2016, with check-in available as early as April.
