From March to May, “The Like Hall” presents the “Floral Delicacy & Culinary Art Set Menu,” curated by Western cuisine chef Ye Ming-Fu. Themed around a floral feast, the menu combines the imagery of flowers and beauty, priced at NT$1,880 per person + 10%. Dishes include Whispering Blossoms Handmade Bread, appetizer “Salmon Belle,” salad starter “Moonlit Beauty Epiphyllum Grilled Scallop,” soup “Water-Lily Slow-Cooked Pumpkin Bisque,” secondary main “Poetic Blossom Rosemary Duck Breast with Beet Risotto,” and a choice of two main courses: “Hibiscus Tender Lamb Chop with Tuberose” or “Saffron Salmon Florentine.” The dessert “Floral Sweetheart” features floral crystal jelly, rose lychee sauce, and vanilla ice cream, while the drink “Pink Cherry Blossom Promise Lychee Longevity Tea” blends rose and lychee-flavored green tea.

At Grand Hyatt Taipei, Chef Li Miao-Wen of the Japanese restaurant “SAKURA” leads the culinary team in creating dishes featuring cherry blossoms, including cherry blossom sushi, cherry blossom chirashi sushi, cherry blossom chawanmushi, and rainbow shrimp balls, available as a limited-time offering from now until March 31. The cherry blossom chirashi sushi is made with a variety of premium fresh sashimi and seafood, while the cherry blossom chawanmushi, infused with pickled cherry blossoms and cherry blossom fishcake, offers a sweet, smooth, and delicate taste.

Starting March 10, Taipei Westin Tianmu presents the “Spring Feast: Each Dish a Springtime Landscape” theme, bringing together its restaurants to offer unique “spring-inspired dishes” based on seasonal spring flavors, fresh flowers, signature cuisines, and distinctive cooking techniques. Six dishes are featured: “Warm Garden Salad with Cauliflower Purée” from Ely Italian Restaurant, “Abalone and Conger Eel Sakura Domyoji Steamed Dish” themed around cherry blossoms from yG Garden Japanese Cuisine, “Chamomile Hibiscus Silkie Chicken” from Liuyuan Shanghai Cuisine, “Rose Caramelized Lamb and Pork” from Yi Yuan Beijing Cuisine, “Crispy Emmental Cheese Purple Sweet Potato & Diamond Broccoli with Creamy Corn Sauce” from Elite Café, and “Tender Spring Chicken” from the interactive Silk Road Banquet Restaurant.
