As you enter the exhibition hall, you’ll be welcomed by giant Rilakkuma, Kiiroitori, and Little Chick plush figures, followed by nearly 100 Rilakkuma design sketches that reveal the evolution of the character. The “Rilakkuma’s Sweet Time Special Exhibition” has selected 20 of the most classic Rilakkuma designs from various themes to create the “Rilakkuma Toy Box Playground” exhibition area. The Kaohsiung edition will feature newly added design drafts, inviting fans to step into Rilakkuma’s sweet time.

Rilakkuma is a character produced by Japan’s San-X Co., Ltd. It’s laid-back every day, dislikes standing or moving around, and is relaxed and leisurely at all times. Its back has a zipper, inside of which are light blue polka dots—the contents of which are its secret. Its companion, Kiiroitori, has a red button on its chest but is not an actual bear. Kiiroitori is mischievous and loves playing pranks, often bullying the Little Chick, who enjoys cleanliness and frequently tidies up the mess Rilakkuma makes.

This themed special exhibition also showcases various merchandise created by Rilakkuma and its companions, such as umbrellas, dessert cups, and dessert plates. Additionally, there’s an exhibition-themed stamp book, along with nearly a thousand different merchandise items to choose from, allowing you to take home happy, sweet memories.
