Japan’s popular queue-worthy food “BAKE CHEESE TART” cheese tarts have opened their first store in Taiwan at Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Taipei Nanxi 3rd Store on June 15. Also available is the premium milk gelato, which was only sold at the Japanese flagship store, now enjoyable in Taiwan. Each BAKE CHEESE TART cheese tart is priced at NT$70, while a box of six costs NT$390.

The filling of BAKE CHEESE TART cheese tarts is made from a special blend of three different types of cheese. The semi-finished products are first made in Japan, then frozen and transported to Taiwan where they are baked using ovens of the same standard as those in Japan. Thanks to the “double-baking method,” the crust becomes especially crispy, allowing people in Taiwan to enjoy the same delicious taste as in Japan.

BAKE CHEESE TART has also brought in the “Premium Milk Gelato,” only previously available at the Japanese flagship store. Made with fresh milk from Hokkaido, it offers a rich and smooth ice cream experience. Taiwan is the first overseas branch to sell this product.
