Kyushu Pancake Coffee, originating from Japan and committed to health, sincerity, and touching customers, launches a Taiwan-exclusive menu starting July 1st to welcome the height of summer. The brand-new savory dish “Kyushu Big Energy Pancake Brunch” captures the essence of an English brunch, offering eight types of nutritionally balanced ingredients in a generous portion available all day. Also featured is the “Kyushu Special Chef’s Wife Pancake,” inspired by 1910s Parisian café concepts and filled with exotic charm. Both items not only offer upgraded portions but also deliver an unprecedented new taste experience. Kyushu Pancake has also introduced a variety of refreshing drinks, keeping customers feeling healthy and energized from morning to night.

Kyushu Big Energy Pancake Brunch (available all day): Carefully selected local Taiwanese vegetables and fresh ingredients include halved and lightly grilled large red beef tomatoes to fully release lycopene, well-fried bacon, boiled German-style white sausage, freshly stir-fried mushrooms, and potato balls, among other rich and perfectly matched toppings, paired with two slices of seven-grain plain pancakes to keep your energy up all day long.

The Chef’s Wife Pancake originates from a traditional French cheese sandwich on the 1910 Paris café menu. Kyushu draws inspiration from this and uses classic ingredients. It is built on three slices of seven-grain plain pancakes, layered with ham, onions, and potato slices, topped with rich white sauce and cheese, and crowned with a perfect sunnyside-up egg resembling a chef’s wife's hat — thus completing the “Kyushu Special Chef’s Wife Pancake.”

Additionally, with the arrival of sweltering summer heat, Kyushu also introduces a variety of refreshing new fruity smoothies that bring a cool and fresh sensation. Made with purely natural fruits into a smooth texture, these smoothies come with real chunks of sweet and tangy fruit inside the cup. The transparent cup sides are decorated with chef-designed fruit stickers, and the top is piled with a visually stunning array of fresh fruit ingredients, upgrading both the drink texture and offering a novel way to enjoy fruit.

To continue the trend of Japanese-style matcha flavors, the shop carefully selects Kyoto Uji Kouzanen matcha and Hokkaido Tokachi red beans, along with a refreshing matcha smoothie. The evenly smooth matcha smoothie is paired with the white and Q-textured Japanese mochi balls to create the “Kyoto Uji Kouzanen Matcha Smoothie.” Accompanied by melt-in-your-mouth whipped cream, it allows matcha lovers to enjoy the full flavor of Japanese Uji.
