Tainan Xianhu Farm: A Hidden Parent-Child Playground in the Mountains

Xianhu Leisure Farm is a popular parent-child farm and amusement park nestled in Tainan’s Dongshan District. At the center of the 52-hectare farm lies an isolated mountain peak. Due to the sea of clouds that form in the morning, at dusk, and after rainfall, the peak resembles an island in a lake. Locals have nicknamed the area “Xianhu” (Fairy Lake), which has attracted many visitors.

The leisure area of the farm features standalone log cabins built along the mountainside, with coffee trees growing right beside the cottages. The mountaintop grassland is home to a scenic restaurant, an open-air bar, an endless mountain spring splash pool, and freely roaming small animals. From here, you can enjoy the vast view of the Jianan Plain — making it a perfect spot for families to relax and enjoy a peaceful countryside experience.
