On the 22nd, affected by the northeastern monsoon, the northern and northeastern regions will have cooler weather; the northern, central, and southern regions, as well as Penghu, Kinmen, and Matsu, will see cloudy skies after brief showers, while the eastern half of the country will still have localized brief showers.

From the 22nd to the 28th, over this week, northern, New Taipei, Keelung, Yilan, Hualien, and Taitung will all experience overcast and rainy weather, with temperatures ranging between 15–20 degrees Celsius. Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Miaoli will see rain starting Thursday. Other regions will have overcast weather, with temperatures in the central region between 18–23 degrees and in the southern region between 19–26 degrees.

Air pollution levels in central and southern Taiwan have reached the “red alert” standard for several consecutive days. Minimize outdoor activities and wear masks for self-protection when going out.
