Happy Christmas Town "Golden Song Kings" Mega Christmas Concert

Since the opening of the 2016 New Taipei City Happy Christmas Town, exciting events have been held every week, attracting thousands of visitors from across the country. The most anticipated highlight, the "Mega Christmas Concert," will take place for three consecutive days this year (December 16, 17, and 18) at the New Taipei City Citizens’ Square. The lineup for the "Mega Christmas Concert" is also spectacular, bringing the best Christmas gift to all attendees.

For three evenings from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, the most exciting and electrifying concerts will take place. Under the eager eyes of tens of thousands of fans, the three concerts will be headlined by the heavyweight "Golden Song Kings" — JJ Lin and Show Lo, with nearly 30 acts performing back-to-back. The lineup includes popular Mandopop groups such as Lion, GTM, Popu Lady, and 831, idol heartthrobs like Bii (Bii Shu-jen), Wei Bird, Chen Shih-an, Eric Chou, Wu Szu-hsien, River Huang, JPM’s Kris, Shawn Cheng, Shen Chien-hung, and Drummer God (Drummer Ku), as well as powerhouse female vocalists such as Selina Ren, Georgia Yuan, Yuki Yen, Fish Leong, Puff Kuo, Tanya Chua, Peihsi Tseng, Amber An, Angela Chang, and Kitty Yeh, plus internationally popular acts like the Korean boy group TOP SECRET and the adorable duo Left and Right... Among them, JJ Lin, Show Lo, and Bii have been in high demand for New Year’s Eve concerts, but this year the three male stars have turned down all other New Year's Eve show invitations in Taiwan to perform exclusively at the "2016 New Taipei City Happy Christmas Town."

On the first night of the concert on December 16, the event will kick off under the hosting of Sha Sha and the handsome and beautiful GTM hosts. Then, on December 17, the Golden Bell Award-winning hosting duo Harlem Yu and HAO BROTHERS (Hao Jiao-xiang Qi) will take the stage, with Harlem Yu leading and joined by the lovely Popu Lady members Hong Shi and Yu Shan. They will bring the groundbreaking "blended reality" design from TVBS’s "Global Chinese Music Charts" to the "Mega Christmas Concert," allowing viewers at home to enjoy the live excitement without leaving their houses. The final concert on December 18 will feature the "Puling Gong (Goofy) Duo" HAHA Brothers making their first appearance as hosts alongside renowned singer Angela Chang, with the golden glow of Golden Bell and Golden Song awards shining brightly over New Taipei Happy Christmas Town.

During the concert period, a large crowd is expected, and the New Taipei City Tourism Bureau reminds the public to use public transportation to reach the venue (the site is adjacent to Banqiao Station, which integrates train and MRT services) for a fast and convenient way to experience the most dazzling New Taipei Happy Christmas Town.
