Both in Taiwan and Japan, Menya Itto has high popularity. Its another brand, Tonkotsu Itto, is set to open on March 29. The first Taiwanese branch will be located at Uni-President Times Square Taipei. At Tonkotsu Itto, you can enjoy a rich fish-based ramen made with a blend of thick tonkotsu (pork bone) and seafood broth, as well as the “Spicy Twelve Ramen,” specially created for Taiwanese tastes. This ramen features five types of miso and over ten different spices, with coriander for added flavor.

Tonkotsu Itto will offer four main ramen varieties including “Itto White Pork Ramen,” “Rich Seafood Ramen,” “Tonkotsu Seafood Tsukemen,” and “Spicy Twelve Ramen,” along with N<饭、小菜等,提供拉面迷多样化的选择。售价从190元起,以平民价格呈现一脉相承的美味坚持。开幕当天坂本幸彦社长也将亲自来台坐镇,前5名消费者将可获得社长亲笔签名的台湾初展店纪念碗乙份
Menya Itto’s extra-rich seafood tsukemen is also known as the champion tsukemen. Its broth is made by simmering chicken bones, chicken feet, chicken fat, ground meat, and five different types of seafood. It also features Japan’s first low-temperature cooked chicken and pork chashu. This extra-rich seafood tsukemen is also sold at Tonkotsu Itto locations in Japan, so it’s likely to be available in Taiwan as well.
