Highlighting the theme “covering all the bases,” the restaurant presents satisfying noodle-based mains—Premium Chicken Chow Mein, Dried Scallop Fried Noodles, and Scallop and Shrimp Dumplings—offering a wide selection of shared and multi-flavored dishes ideal for gatherings.

Also newly launched are comforting desserts such as Tangerine Peel White Jade Red Bean Paste, Ginkgo Lotus Paste Tart, and Ginger Tea, providing warmth and coziness. The Tangerine Peel White Jade Red Bean Paste caters to Hong Kong taste preferences, paired with Japan’s “taiyaki”-style dessert “white jade,” mixed with local Taiwanese red beans, and a hint of tangerine peel, adding a delicate fragrance that truly enhances the flavor.

The Ginkgo Lotus Paste Tart combines mashed taro, coconut milk, and scallion oil, blending their smooth and rich textures masterfully. Paired with a crispy, fragrant, and golden crust, the multi-layered and silky taste is truly astonishing, leaving a lingering aroma. Among beverages, a seasonal Ginger Tea has been added, offering an excellent option for dispelling chill, strengthening the spleen, and warming the stomach.
