The yakitori restaurant "Tori Ki," which has earned a Michelin one-star rating for seven consecutive years, will be brought to Taiwan by the Taiwanese Orange Flame International Catering Group. The opening is scheduled for April 15. During the initial operational phase, Yasuto Sakai, president of Tori Ki Japan, will also be based at the Taipei Xinyi District branch NEO19.

After years of enthusiastic invitations from the management team of Orange Flame International Catering Group, President Sakai finally agreed to visit Taiwan to explore whether suitable ingredients were available, before considering a potential partnership.
