Located in Gukeng, Yunlin, Nice Rosa Rose Manor is an independent brand park of the NICE Group, covering an area of 6,800 ping. The park is home to thousands of potted roses, featuring nearly 800 varieties from around the world, most of which are rare breeds. There are numerous European-style landscapes within the park perfect for photography, giving visitors the illusion of being in a European manor.

The roses planted in the park are tree roses. With proper care, one can live for about 100 years, and the market price for a single tree rose generally starts at NT$10,000.
