KYOTO VENETO, a hidden gem of Kyoto, Japan, has set astonishing records—including selling up to 10,000 gra matcha chocolate sandwich cookies in a single day and 7,000 Kyoto matcha rolls at Kansai Airport in one day. Starting in March, it will open a pop-up store in Taiwan, located at Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Xintiandi A9. KYOTO VENETO is a cultural fusion between the two ancient cities of Kyoto (KYOTO), Japan, and Veneto (VENETO), Italy. It crafts desserts using Uji matcha from Kyoto and Western-style cheese, blending Japanese and Italian pastry techniques to launch a new era with these innovative sweets.
