Cinnamoroll turns 15 this year—the adorable pup has captured the hearts of fans in Taiwan. To celebrate his birthday, the first-ever limited-time Cinnamoroll café in Taiwan, authorized by Sanrio Taiwan, has opened, launching in March—his birth month—and will operate on a limited-time basis only until the end of August this year.

Beloved Character Cinnamoroll: Pastel Blue Healing Vibes Win Over All Ages
On opening day, the General Manager of Sanrio Taiwan, along with representatives from AMANDIER French patisserie and Cinnamoroll, cut a birthday cake together beneath a giant Cinnamoroll coffee cup archway to celebrate his 15th birthday. In 2016’s Sanrio Character Popularity Poll in Japan, the ever-popular Cinnamoroll claimed second place, rivaling even Hello Kitty in fame. Born on a cloud in the sky, Cinnamoroll—with his cinnamon roll-like curly tail—is also affectionately called "Cinnamon Dog" and often flies through the air using his big ears.

Designed by Japanese Artists, Co-Created with Taiwanese Brands for Maximum Cuteness
The beloved French patisserie brand Amandier Café collaborated with Sanrio Taiwan to create the youth-friendly Cinnamoroll Limited-Time Café. Sanrio Taiwan oversaw the meticulous planning of every corner of the space, aiming to offer fans authentic interactions with Cinnamoroll throughout the café.

Before even entering, you’ll see Cinnamoroll lounging atop a one-story-tall coffee cup, welcoming every guest. As you duck under the archway, you’re greeted by a world that will delight any girl’s heart—glass windows feature Cinnamoroll’s 15th-anniversary commemorative badges, while the ordering counter and dining area are adorned with playful Cinnamoroll designs. Even the placemats and napkins feature his image. The café also introduces fans to Cinnamoroll’s various friends from the storyline, helping everyone get to know his world better.

Launched just before Children’s Day, the limited-time café encourages parents to spend more quality time with their kids. The menu thoughtfully offers diverse options that both adults and children can enjoy together, making it a perfect spot for family bonding and expected to become a popular destination for parent-child downtime.
