The latest viral installation art: IG-favorite Rose Avenue

Recently, several large roses have appeared on the bustling streets of Taipei, standing on both sides of the walkway, making passersby want to stop for photos and check-ins. This delightful Rose Avenue was specially created by Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Taipei South District Branch to present a visual representation of spring. Featuring 20 rose art installations of varying sizes and colors, the display has captivated not only women with its pink hues but also drawn attention with its intricately crafted giant rose blossoms, quickly going viral online.

Originally designed as the main visual exhibition area for Valentine’s Day, titled “Flowers Bloom at South District,” the display opened on February 12 and will continue until mid-May, coinciding with Mother’s Day. Visitors interested in seeing the Rose Avenue can exit at Exit 1 of Zhongshan MRT Station, cross the street, and find it right there. Its beautiful and vibrant rose installations have had netizens taking photos non-stop.
