April is the season when lavender blooms, and the mid-spring purple sea of flowers is especially romantic. To allow visitors to enjoy the beautiful lavender season, Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village has launched special seasonal tickets. In addition to riding attractions, you can also stroll through the gardens to admire the flowers and spend a romantic April day.

In addition to its famous cherry blossom season, Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village also has many Spanish lavender plants. Every April, the area is enveloped in purple romance. The Shuishalian Garden has launched the second act of its floral event for spring, “Purple Love Lavender,” decorating the European-style garden like a purple Provençal landscape painting in spring. Tens of thousands of purple Spanish lavender plants sway in the spring breeze around the central fountain area, creating an ethereal backdrop perfect for photos.

Additionally, from mid-March to April every weekend, outdoor gardens will feature live band performances. Beautiful melodies accompanied by the fragrance of lavender make for a delightful atmosphere. Travelers looking to enjoy the flowers and soak in the poetic ambiance of spring can purchase special seasonal tickets for just NT$580 from now until April 16. The ticket also includes free rides on the Sun Moon Lake Ropeway for a romantic spring holiday.
