This summer, the café has launched a new product — the “Watermelon Wine Barrel” — which has caught the attention of many consumers with its unique preparation method and 100% fresh watermelon juice.

The newly launched Watermelon Wine Barrel at Ice & Art Café uses small yellow “Xiao Yu” watermelons. The inner flesh is scooped out and blended into juice, after which the hollowed-out rind is perforated and fitted with a faucet-like device. The blended juice is then poured back in, and a sieve is used to filter out the seeds during the process — making it one of the most unique must-try summer drinks.
