“Morizumi Ramen by Morizumi Yasuji” opened its first Taiwan branch on July 26. It primarily offers three types of broth: soy sauce, plum salt, and spicy miso. The noodles are made from both domestic Japanese and Australian wheat flour, with alkali water imported from Hokkaido, Japan, to maintain the chef’s original recipe—delivering an authentic experience right here in Taiwan!
