The Haipin (Ocean Music) Center at Piers 11 to 15 of Kaohsiung Port covers an area of approximately 11.89 hectares. Its main facilities include an outdoor performance venue that can accommodate 12,000 spectators, an indoor large-scale performance hall with 6,800 seats, six small performance spaces ranging from 200 to 1,000 seats, a pop music exhibition hall, an ocean culture exhibition center, a ferry terminal, a waterfront park, a bike path, and a cultural creative market.

Located at the mouth of the Love River, True Love Pier is known for its twin snow-white sail-like structures, integrated with floral artistic designs. From here, you can enjoy the urban skyline of Kaohsiung’s skyscrapers, take in the beauty of Kaohsiung Port’s ocean vistas, and witness the impressive sight of large ships entering the harbor.
