Big win for families! New Taipei Children's Amusement Park offers “free entry” on 4/4 & 7 park discount highlights

A wave of visitors flocked across Taiwan during the four-day Qingming holiday. To celebrate Children’s Day on the 4th, Taipei Children’s Amusement Park announced that all entrants would be exempt from admission fees that day and could enjoy all 13 rides and attractions; Taipei Zoo also launched a promotion allowing elementary school-aged children and younger to enter free of charge upon presenting ID along with one accompanying parent. Other parks including Leofoo Village Theme Park, Lihpao Land, Miramar Entertainment Park, and Janfusun Fancyworld also offered discounted child tickets.

With great weather throughout the holiday, traffic and crowds surged from south to north. To encourage outdoor fun, Taipei Children’s Amusement Park specially announced that this year, on Children’s Day (the 4th), both adults and children would be granted free entry to enjoy all 13 rides and attractions. However, if visitor numbers exceed 15,000, crowd control measures will be activated, closing some entrances to limit entry.

Taipei Municipal Muzha Zoo also introduced a promotion on Children’s Day, allowing children aged 12 and under (inclusive) and one accompanying parent to enter for free; nearby Maokong Gondola also launched an offer where children under 12 can ride unlimited times for free, helping parents save money while enjoying a full day of fun.

As for Leofoo Village Theme Park in Taoyuan, children under 12 can enter for just NT$399; Hsinchu’s Lihpao Land offers a special rate of NT$499 for all young children to enjoy the park; Taichung’s Lihpao Land has a universal child ticket price of NT$490; Yunlin’s Janfusun Fancyworld offers entry tickets starting from NT$30 for those whose ID numbers end in 1, 2, or 3; Kaohsiung’s E-DA Theme Park allows children aged 12 and under (inclusive) to enter for just NT$1.
