The shop offers a variety of signature dishes, ranging from regional specialties, noodles, dim sum, to desserts. Below is an introduction to them. Plum Tomato
Using fresh cherry tomatoes, the nutrients are locked in through high heat before peeling, then marinated with plums and honey. With a sweet and sour taste, smooth and juicy texture, it’s a favorite appetizer among female customers and also the perfect dish to cut through greasiness after a meal.

A freshly rolled, crispy and chewy golden flatbread wraps tender American beef shin braised in a special sauce, paired with sweet bean paste, fresh cucumber, and shredded scallions. This multi-layered beef roll wrap has a very satisfying texture, tender and juicy meat, and offers a refreshing crunch with every bite that lingers on the palate.

Made with crispy-fried imitation free-range chicken thigh meat, which is tender and springy, paired with black dates and honey date juice known for their beauty benefits. It’s a unique dish not commonly found elsewhere, with a sweet and distinctive flavor, and is one of the most featured and recommended dishes in the store.

Stuffed Pepper
Made with minced pork filling freshly mixed and stuffed into corno di toro peppers, this is one of the store’s classic handmade snacks. After being deep-fried for about one minute to remove excess oil, it is braised with ginger, garlic, and chili slices. The resulting stuffed pepper is aromatic, soft, rich in texture, and not greasy.

Osmanthus Honey Taro
Made with the firmer middle section of fresh Dajia taro for a smoother texture, it is slowly simmered with osmanthus and honey until softened, then immediately cooled. It tastes sweet without being cloying and has a subtle floral aroma.

Drunken Chicken
Boneless chicken thigh is simmered and marinated with Shaoxing wine and traditional Chinese herbs over low heat. The result is tender, melt-in-your-mouth meat with a strong Shaoxing wine aroma, refreshing and slightly sweet.

Clam and Loofah Stewed Noodles
The broth is primarily made by simmering old hen and pork bones over low heat, then combined with Penghu angle gourd and spa clams. Noodles steamed in the stew absorb all the flavors. With every bite, you’ll taste the sweetness of the angle gourd and the umami of the spa clams, offering layers of textures that delight the taste buds.

Bursting Sesame Buns
Made mainly with salted egg yolk, fresh milk, and butter, these buns have a rich, smooth texture and are one of the must-have desserts at the end of a meal.

Currently, Shili'an has four branches in the Taipei metropolitan area: Minquan Branch, Ruiguang Branch, Dunhua Branch, and Qingcheng Branch.
