The coast of Su'ao in Yilan is home to many breathtaking hidden beaches. Located between Nanfang'ao and Dong'ao bays, there is a sea-facing cape known as "Wuyan Cape." This isolated small rocky hill marks the starting point of the main ridge of the Central Mountain Range. Its towering and peculiar landscape rising from the middle of the sea has made this spot an emerging popular attraction.

Wuyan Cape boasts pleasant sandy beaches, magnificent seascapes, and natural sea erosion caves. Visitors can go canoeing here to watch the sunrise, or camp to enjoy the starry night sky.

The coastline from Neipi Beach to Wuyan Cape is difficult to see from the Su-Hua Highway due to steep cliffs dropping directly down to the sea. There are various ways to reach Wuyan Cape, such as by canoe, boat, on foot, or even via rock climbing. Due to the steep terrain, visitors must pay close attention to their own safety when going there.
