Additionally, to coincide with this summer’s thrilling 2017 Taipei Universiade, Krispy Kreme is launching three new summer sports-themed doughnuts starting August 3 to celebrate this major sporting event. This time, soccer and baseball are faithfully recreated as handheld doughnuts, with the fun and charming names “Home Run Hero” and “Goal in One.” A doughnut sports tournament is about to explode onto your palms and boxes in style!

Aside from the electrifying sports theme, Krispy Kreme also brings the ultimate summer refresher—watermelon—into doughnut form. With its red flesh, green rind, and even chocolate-chip seeds, geometric patterns, swirls, and polka dots are vividly recreated on the doughnuts. “Watermelon So Sweet” is so delightful you’ll be saying “sweet!” both visually and tastefully.
