With the help of local representatives and a subsidy of NT$11 million, the center was completed in nearly a year and a half. To match the local coastal vibe, the building features a blue-and-white color scheme inspired by Mediterranean style, instantly adding a romantic touch to the otherwise simple and rustic rural community.
