China's Longest Taiping Cloud Ladder Unveiled – Four Must-Do Travel Itineraries Not to Be Missed

Chiayi’s Taiping Cloud Ladder, the longest scenic suspension bridge in Taiwan, held its inauguration ceremony on the morning of September 23, and opened to visitors for climbing at 1:30 p.m. the same afternoon. With a single span length of 281 meters and an altitude of 1,000 meters, it offers views stretching across the Chianan Plain all the way to the Taiwan Strait, making it a new national attraction. In addition to experiencing the bridge itself, visitors can also take the opportunity to explore four villages—Taiping, Taixing, Longyan, and Bi Lake—as well as Rueili, Ruifeng, and Taihe, fully immersing themselves in the beauty of northern Alishan’s tea culture.
