Riding the trend of dried flower wellness, Amandier Cafe has specially collaborated with Sanrio to launch a limited-time Hello Kitty floral-themed pop-up café. Available for a limited time only, it will run until the end of September. The opening day was chosen during Hello Kitty’s birthday month. Living in the Mary’s Meadow Forest, Hello Kitty has cast a spell on the café, transforming it into an enchanting floral kingdom, hoping to inject warmth and vitality into the busy urban life.

As the spring blooming season approaches, this time Sanrio Taiwan has personally supervised the production, breaking away from the previous public perception of Hello Kitty as dreamy, pastel-toned, and girly. This time, it is reimagined with more casual hand-drawn strokes and incorporates realistic floral elements, presenting a fresh style.

The space extends the main visual concept, creating Hello Kitty’s forest kingdom with beautiful dried flowers and vibrant blooms. Teaming up with the French-style dessert brand Amandier Cafe, it offers a new themed experience to heal fans. Before entering the café, you’ll be greeted by the Hello Kitty archway, with its nearly one-story-tall bunny ear design becoming an eye-catching focal point. Next to the café, there is also a quaint garden-style food cart, where the fragrant Hello Kitty character-shaped grilled bread has just come out of the oven.

Various floral-themed menu items all feature the presence of Hello Kitty. The limited-time themed café, opened just before Hello Kitty’s birthday, will hold Hello Kitty birthday celebration parties at the end of January and the end of February, where Hello Kitty and fans celebrate her birthday together.
