Chiayi has unveiled an ultra-adorable new attraction: the North Gate Station Mini Park, located near the North Gate Railway Station, has been transformed into a "Sleeping Forest." Designed by a locally renowned illustrator, a series of installations bring more vibrancy and fun to the park's entrance, landscapes, and streetlight decorations. When illuminated at night, the park exudes a warm and cozy atmosphere. The Sleeping Forest is set up in the park near the North Gate Station and the Yushan Hotel, and will remain on display until February 28.

Through the installation of these outdoor artworks, the park’s original appearance has been revitalized, bringing visitors closer to art and immersing them in a rich, delightful aesthetic experience that helps them better understand Chiayi in daily life. The Sleeping Forest features Q-version animals such as polar bears, foxes, elephants, penguins, and owls all nestled in sleep—their adorable appearances offering a soothing vibe and making it a new hotspot for photos in Chiayi.
