Taiwan’s most premium Starbucks just opened its first-ever modern reserve bar here

Taiwan’s first “Starbucks Reserve Bar” branch has officially opened on the B1 food court level of Taipei 101, offering not only the highest-quality Starbucks reserve coffee beans from around the world, but also exclusively introducing the full range of coffee brewing equipment in Taiwan, bringing coffee lovers a brand-new premium experience.

The branch design adopts the core bamboo joint concept of Taipei 101, filled with a modern oriental atmosphere. The outer cylindrical walls feature a fair-faced concrete technique using bamboo molds; the bar counter unfolds in a calm and elegant semi-circular marble design, exuding a modern vibe. The seating area sofas are hand-stitched with leather weaving, creating a top-tier coffee experience for the branch.

The Starbucks Reserve Bar is equipped with seven premium coffee brewing devices, including “siphon coffee,” “pour-over coffee,” “cold brew coffee,” “nitro cold brew coffee,” “coffee plunger,” “Chemex pour-over,” and the “Black Eagle espresso machine.”

The branch also offers three exclusive drinks from Seattle’s Coffee Dreams Factory: “Reserve Classic Alfresco,” “Reserve Iced Shaken Intenso Coffee,” and “Reserve Cortado Coffee,” as well as two limited-edition items: “Caramel Sea Salt Cocoa Tower” and “Classic Crêpes.” Additionally, there are exclusive 101 branch merchandise items, such as reserve commemorative mugs featuring the Taipei 101 skyscraper, stainless steel mugs, enamel mugs, glass water bottles, tote bags, and travel cards.
