The world is full of wonders, and every corner hides astonishingly mysterious scenic spots. Located in Tekes County, Xinjiang, it is the only county-level city on the Chinese mainland without any traffic lights. Its most distinctive feature is its radial circular layout, hence also known as the "Bagua City."

With its exquisitely mysterious Bagua layout and modern architectural structures, it has created China’s largest-scale "Bagua City" to date. The city’s streets are magically maze-like, with interconnected roads and linked streets. Even without a single traffic light, there is no congestion or gridlock. Traffic flows in an orderly manner, and vehicles or pedestrians can reach their destinations regardless of the direction they take.

The roundabout at the city center forms a Taiji diagram, with the yin-yang fish in the middle extending eight main streets outward to create a Bagua shape. At the intersection of each of the eight main streets stands a large stone. Viewed from the central observation platform, the entire city resembles a Bagua formation.
