Anticipating the economic development potential of the Hsinchu Railway Station High-Speed Rail Special Zone, f? invested NT$1 billion to create a landmark building integrating office, accommodation, leisure, and shopping. It is the only mixed-use commercial complex in Hsinchu integrated with the high-speed rail, and has now begun soft opening. The PLAZA 6+ plaza outside the mall features a pink theme, with decorations such as a 9-meter-tall Christmas tree, a vibrant light sea tunnel, and a lost sleigh, creating a romantic and lively atmosphere when lit up at night.

f? has constructed a 46-floor mixed-use commercial building — 4 basement levels and 20 above-ground floors — with a total floor area of approximately 24,000 ping. Located in the prime area of the Hsinchu Railway Station High-Speed Rail Special Zone in Liujia, it is adjacent to both the Taiwan Railways Liujia Station and the Hsinchu High-Speed Rail Station. The building’s side profile resembles a ship about to set sail, with white podium levels complemented by vertical greenery. The first-floor public space is planted with abundant greenery to create a lush, verdant ambiance.

Floors B4 to B1 are designated for car and motorcycle parking, offering a total of 608 car parking spaces and 500 motorcycle parking spaces. Floors B1 to 5 house the Plaza6+ shopping mall, whose name is a homophonic play on the district name "Liujia." The mall offers services including a convenience supermarket, fashion retail, family leisure, and fine dining, establishing itself as a brand-new shopping and leisure destination in the Hsinchu area.
