At the lovely Santa Bear Stage in the “Front Plaza Light Area” of Happy Christmas Town, there will be a series of exciting activities during the New Year’s holiday, including joyful song and dance performances by the ultra-popular Bubble Land, a meet-and-greet with the beloved cartoon star Pororo, and the dreamy illustrated art of Mara’s Photo Booth that melts girls’ hearts. Cute characters like Fafa and Kobo-chan will also join you for a fun time. In addition, Mara’s enchanting photo booth will offer plenty of photo ops. Don’t miss the fun waiting for you here.

This year, the hottest AR and VR technologies have been introduced for the first time, combined with animations of Happy Christmas Town’s mascot, Santa Bear, to create a unique gaming experience. This transforms the first-floor lobby of the city government into the most festive “Santa Bear Snowland.” In the central area of the lobby, the “Santa Circus AR” tent offers an augmented reality interactive game that lets kids and adults alike step into the world of the circus with Santa Bear. Meanwhile, on the east side of the lobby, the “Santa VR Sport” tent features three sports-themed 360-degree VR virtual reality games — racing, surfing, and skiing — delivering an immersive thrill as if you were really there. These experiences are available for everyone to try until January 1 of next year.

To compete with the citizen square’s light and shadow show — the largest projection area in Taiwan — the “Front Plaza Light Area” of Happy Christmas Town has carefully curated an unprecedented musical light performance in Taiwan called “Christmas Dance of Light.” During the 3-minute show, dazzling lights dance vibrantly against a powerful musical backdrop, delivering an unparalleled visual and auditory spectacle that transports audiences from reality into a fantasy musical world, immersing them in this marvelous audiovisual feast.
