The Ganbei Group previously introduced the Hawaiian burger brand KUA`AINA to widespread acclaim. Its second Taiwan branch, “KUA`AINA Breeze Xinyi Store,” has now grandly opened at Breeze Xinyi Plaza. Upholding its commitment to natural and fresh ingredients, the restaurant insists on using only the finest components and preparing meals to order, delivering a whole new Hawaiian experience to customers. The average per-customer spend ranges between NT$300 and NT$400.

The KUA`AINA Breeze Xinyi Store is the brand’s 31st global outlet. The entrance greets customers with a traditional Hawaiian greeting, while the interior design draws inspiration from classic local Hawaiian hotels. Dominated by wooden hues, the 41-ping space accommodates 72 seats, complemented by wooden window panels, hanging fans, and surfboard décor. Custom floral racks adorned with Hawaii’s state flower, the hibiscus, along with a beach bar-style counter, create a strong seaside vibe.

For food, the Taiwan-exclusive “Pineapple Teriyaki Chicken Burger” is made with handcrafted natural bread, filled with chicken breast brushed with teriyaki sauce, and topped with grilled pineapple, tomato, lettuce, and onion. With every bite, the tender, juicy chicken pairs perfectly with the sweet-and-sour pineapple. The popular “Bacon Mozzarella Cheese Burger” selects high-quality beef that is grilled over volcanic lava, releasing infrared heat to ensure even cooking and lock in juices at high temperatures. It’s paired with smooth mozzarella cheese and fragrant bacon, along with tomato, lettuce, and onion, offering a multi-layered taste that is truly unforgettable.

Another option, the “Bacon Lettuce Tomato Sandwich,” features whole wheat bread filled with bacon, lettuce, and other ingredients—offering a moderate portion that’s satisfying yet guilt-free.
