This day only！Yilan’s “Green Expo” offers free entry to all Taiwanese workers

The “2017 Yilan Green Expo” is being held for the first time at the Dongshan River Eco Park, comprising two areas: the Eco Park itself and the area around Dongshan Railway Station. As next week marks Labor Day, the Yilan County Government has announced that on May 1st, all workers across Taiwan can enter the Eco Park for free in appreciation of their hard work.

To serve and welcome workers from across the nation, the Yilan County Government will set up “Labor Day Celebration Worker Service Stations” next to the entrance of the Eco Park and near the Green Expo ticket gate at Dongshan Railway Station (close to One Bite Selection). From 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. that day, workers can present any document proving their employment status — such as an employee ID card, payslip, business card, labor insurance card, labor pension contribution statement, staff card, labor insurance insured details sheet, union membership card, or other proof of worker identity — at the service station. After staff stamp it with an “authentication seal,” they can enter the Eco Park for free.
