Just as the cherry blossom season in Alishan has amazed the people of Chiayi, the calla lily season in Yangmingshan up north will also romantically kick off this Friday (March 22)! Currently, the calla lilies in Zhuzihu have all blossomed into their pure and enchanting white forms, waiting for visitors to come and admire them.

Located at an altitude of 670 meters, the calla lily fields in Zhuzihu, Yangmingshan, have a flower viewing period from the end of March to the end of April. Unlike the vibrant colors of the Yangmingshan Flower Festival, the Zhuzihu Calla Lily Season presents a serene white romance, making it one of the must-visit spots for many tourists in spring. It's also a popular choice for soon-to-be newlyweds to take wedding photos amidst the vast sea of beautiful white blooms. In recent years, farmers have gradually started experimenting with growing calla lilies in other colors, adding more variety to the season.

As the calla lily season attracts large numbers of visitors to the mountain each year, traffic control will be implemented in the Zhuzihu area of Yangmingshan from March 22 to April 28 on weekends (including public holidays), between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.
