Grow up, kids!* Hotels launch Children’s Day promotions — children can check in by themselves

The Yunlang Tourism Group, together with its eight properties, has launched a special Children’s Day dining and accommodation package, featuring various travel itineraries and exquisite cuisine: Yunpin Hotel offers the “Fairy Tale Dream Vacation” with one night’s stay and two meals, including a children’s check-in service, story-based game challenges, a treasure hunt, a fairy tale party, and a children’s-themed dining area. Hankuan Hotel Xinzhuang presents the “Dream Journey for Little Treasures,” which includes accommodation and breakfast, plus complimentary tickets to the Doraemon 100th Anniversary Exhibition and Baby Boss in Jinghua City.

Additionally, the Western restaurant offers free meals for kids; at Zhao Pin Hotel Taichung, when dining expenses reach NT$1,000, children can take part in a “Tiger’s Fang Challenge” inspired by the movie “Life of Pi” and enter a lucky draw for a traditional toy activity—“Plucking a Hair from the Tiger’s Mouth”—with prizes including hundred-dollar discount vouchers, birthday coupons, or Jingzhao Xuan set meal vouchers.

Yunpin Fairy Tale Dream Vacation: Treasure Hunt Challenges Welcome Little VIPs
From April 4 to April 7, Yunpin Hotel Sun Moon Lake’s “Fairy Tale Dream Vacation” lets kids “grow up” by checking in on their own and enjoying the fun of the process. The entire hotel is decorated in a fairy tale atmosphere, making guests of all ages feel as though they’ve stepped into a storybook. There are also playful treasure hunt games where kids can exchange rewards for cute little mushroom night lights. Every afternoon features a fairy tale party where characters like the Big Bad Wolf, Snow White, and the Queen of Hearts dance wildly to the latest trending Harlem Shake, inviting all guests to join in the fun.

Hankuan Kids’ Fun: Free Buffet for Children
At Hankuan Hotel Xinzhuang, from now until April 7, the “Dream Journey for Little Treasures” package starts at NT$5,700 per room for two adults and one child. It includes one night in an elegant family room, buffet breakfast, and complimentary tickets for each person to the Doraemon 100th Anniversary Exhibition and Baby Boss in Jinghua City. If the child is under 90 cm tall, the room rate is further discounted by NT$200.

In addition, the first-floor Western restaurant Yiqingxuan offers free meals for children—if one adult and one child order lunch/dinner or afternoon tea, one child’s meal is complimentary. Hankuan Hotel Taoyuan’s restaurant Ça Va launches the “168 Kids’ Travel Season,” where children between 90–120 cm tall can enjoy a meal for just NT$168 (original prices: NT$374 at noon, NT$429 in the evening—about 60% off), with access to a variety of refined dishes.

Hankuan Hotel Hualien has set up a dedicated children’s food station in the Xiangyun Western Restaurant for the entire month of April, offering fries, chicken nuggets, hot dogs, and a colorful cotton candy machine so kids can DIY their own unique cotton candy. Additionally, children under 130 cm tall receive complimentary treats. On April 4, Hankuan Hotel Kaohsiung offers complimentary seafood steamed egg or handmade egg pudding for children dining in the restaurant, and those staying overnight receive complimentary Movenpick ice cream and a small cloud plush toy.
