Newly opened！Afternoon tea at Qingjing with rich cocoa and healing rainbow cheesecake

Every time I come to Qingjing Farm, the rich exotic scenery always slows down my travel pace unconsciously. It’s especially perfect for finding a café, sitting down with coffee and snacks, chatting with travel companions, and enjoying a wonderful afternoon. And when it comes to Qingjing, many must have heard of NINA Chocolate！

Handmade chocolates, each bite is unforgettable. Now there's a brand-new store at the entrance of Little Switzerland Garden, offering not only chocolates but also afternoon tea snacks and drinks, all of which are impressive and definitely worth a try！

The flagship store is located in Florence Villa in Qingjing, and this visit is to the newly opened Nina Chocolate & 1755 Café next to Little Switzerland Garden

The store mostly features comfortable sofa seats. Sitting here while admiring the garden view and enjoying snacks and drinks is simply delightful

▲ Speaking of Nina, you can’t miss their signature handmade chocolates！ Made with Rainforest Alliance-certified cocoa ingredients and incorporating many local Taiwanese elements, the cute designs are especially loved by girls.

▲ For drinks, besides common café offerings like coffee and floral tea, they also serve unique options like tea cocoa and cocoa au lait. Especially the tea cocoa, which combines premium teas like Ruby and Baihao with cocoa for a unique taste you can only find here.

▲ First up are the handmade cookies, one pack of 10 with five flavors, two of each—perfect for sharing with friends. They’re rich in milk flavor, and most importantly, not too greasy, making them refreshingly delicious. They pair perfectly with tea or coffee！

▲ This rainbow cheesecake was ordered out of curiosity by someone in our group. Its pastel color palette and adorable appearance are super healing, instantly brightening your mood before even taking a bite. The texture is also excellent—smooth, rich, and flavorful.

▲ A travel companion who often has trouble sleeping opted for caffeine-free herbal tea. The weather in Qingjing is a bit cooler, so a warm cup of tea warms both the heart and stomach.

▲ And if you love cocoa, you absolutely must try theirs. Nina is famous for chocolate, and their hot cocoa is topped with specially grated high-purity chocolate, delivering an aroma that’s off the charts！ It’s completely unmatched by commercial cocoa drinks—unforgettable after just one sip！

▲ I’ve had NINA chocolates on previous trips to Qingjing, and of course, I couldn’t leave this new store empty-handed. On the way out, I picked up a few more chocolates.
