Aside from the dazzling array of travel packages from various destinations, the meal voucher packages promoted by hotels also stood out as eye-catching highlights. With the added boost of the Mother’s Day period, those looking to treat their moms to a nice meal also seized the discount opportunity, purchasing dozens of vouchers without hesitation. Among the queues, chefs in uniform could be seen—not only drawing attention but also explaining to consumers how to use the vouchers, aiming to help them get more bang for their buck.

Ms. Chen, who joined the rush to buy vouchers on-site, said that she doesn’t usually dine at these kinds of places, but the exhibition prices save nearly half the cost, making it worthwhile to bring the whole family. Mr. Lin remarked, “This is my first time buying meal vouchers. Since Mother’s Day is coming up, I can treat my mom to a nice meal at a lower price than usual.
