Since the opening of Ishigaki Island’s new airport in March this year, airlines have been full of confidence in Okinawa’s new tourism potential. China Airlines Group will launch direct flights to Ishigaki Island in July, while renowned blogger “The Queen” will lead Taiwanese travelers on a maiden trip to Kohamajima in Okinawa.

Okinawa itself boasts unique culture and natural scenery, and each of its surrounding islands has its own distinctive charm. Kohamajima in Okinawa is a resort island that exudes a laid-back South Pacific vibe.
