Japanese hot pot chain Yunino Sushi to open first Taoyuan branch at JC Park Spring Store on May 12

Yunino Sushi, a Japanese shabu-shabu hot pot specialty restaurant, will open its first branch in Taoyuan City on May 12 after previously launching in Taipei, Taichung, Tainan, and Kaohsiung. The new store is located at JC Park in Taoyuan. From the opening day until the end of June, customers who spend over NT$1,000 will receive a NT$100 discount (limited to 500 vouchers).

Yunino Sushi is a Japanese hot pot brand with over 350 stores across Japan. It opened its first overseas branch in Taiwan in 2014, and currently has nine locations around the country. The restaurant offers seven types of authentic Japanese broths imported directly from Japan, including kelp broth, Sichuan-style spicy broth, soy milk broth, moon-view sukiyaki broth, tomato broth, collagen salt broth, and golden broth. Customers can freely choose two different broths per visit for various flavor combinations.

In addition to common dipping sauces such as chopped green onions, minced garlic, chili, mashed radish, Japanese and Chinese soy sauce, Yunino Sushi also offers its signature “Special Citrus Sauce” and the premium “Gourmet Foie Gras Sesame Sauce.”
