Located in the alleys of Xinyi District, Felicitas Pâtisserie once had a counter at Eslite Dunhua and was beloved by many. The shop specializes in cupcake-shaped “bouquet cakes” and “marshmallows.” Both the owner and the proprietress are very hospitable. Recently, the shop launched a Mother’s Day cake with a very eye-catching design, hoping that all mothers, after a year of hard work, can enjoy not only the taste but also great visual satisfaction with their cake.

The bouquet cake from Felicitas Pâtisserie has a texture similar to a pound cake, and the cream used is French naturally fermented butter, which tastes very delicate and melts in your mouth. Many may have concerns about the colors, but in fact, these colors contain no artificial dyes at all—they are all made from the natural colors of ingredients and fruit preserves. However, because the quality of each batch of fruit varies, there may be slight differences in color between cakes.

This Mother’s Day cake is the same—it is limited to only 30 sets due to the labor-intensive production. The inner layer features a special 6-tier bouquet cake adorned with rose-shaped decorations in peach pink (made with natural fruit colors), and a chocolate cake paired with hand-cooked raspberry jam that melts in your mouth. The outer layer is wrapped in an 8-tier floral gift box, which is also stuffed with imported red carnations, light-colored mini roses, red carnations, thistles, and more—making it highly eye-catching and dreamlike.
