San Duo Wu Dad’s Mouth has known about this high-value sushi rice<

We arrived around 11 AM, just as the restaurant was opening, so the outdoor dining area was almost empty. We wanted to sit down right away, but the staff came over to inform us that we’d have to line up for a table @@, so we obediently waited in line off to the side.

Bar Counter Area
The bar counter area fills up the fastest. Here you can watch the chefs plating and cooking, which feels pretty nice.

Menu
San Duo Wu Dad’s Mouth focuses on seafood and sushi, which happen to be my favorites. Main dishes start at $150, and there are also some à la carte side dishes. Items marked with a crown logo are the shop’s popular dishes. If it’s your first time here and you’re not sure what to order, you can prioritize those with the crown symbol.

While waiting in line, we picked out the dishes we wanted to order, then proceeded to the counter to place our order and pay. Only then were we led to our seats. You can really feel how busy the place is—within just a few minutes, the queue had almost reached the street, which surprised me.

San Duo Wu Dad’s Mouth Today’s Special $250
This dish is one of the popular items on the menu, and the staff highly recommended it, so we decided to give it a try. The Today’s Special includes an XO sauce sakura shrimp salmon fried rice and a slice of grilled Norwegian mackerel. The set price is slightly cheaper than ordering the items separately, and the portion is enough to fill you up. First to arrive was the freshly stir-fried XO sauce sakura shrimp salmon fried rice. Ordered separately, it costs $150. This made-to-order fried rice gives off a strong aroma, with clearly defined grains that are super appetizing. The translucent salmon roe is especially enticing.
The fried rice includes diced onions, adding a touch of sweetness, while the generous amount of sakura shrimp is another highlight, making it feel very wholesome and adding layers of flavor. My friend and I quickly finished sharing the rice, and both of us thought it was surprisingly delicious.

Grilled Norwegian Mackerel
The special comes with a slice of grilled mackerel, cooked to order, which I was quite looking forward to. Once it arrived, I couldn’t wait to take a few bites. It felt a bit overcooked, as some parts of the fish were a little dry and tough, which was a slight pity. But for such a large piece of mackerel paired with fried rice at just $250, it’s really great value. I noticed quite a few customers also ordered just this dish for a meal.

Sushi Rice $250

Assorted Sushi
The menu doesn’t specify which fish are used, so it’s probably based on daily catches. Today’s selection included red snapper, salmon, tuna, swordfish, and saury. The portion was generous, and the slices of fish were fairly thick—each slice felt like two from other places. The freshness was also good, which made me quite happy. When eating, you can drizzle a bit of soy sauce on the fish and pair it with vinegar rice for even better flavor. I thought the red snapper was the best.

Salmon Roe
Like with the salmon fried rice earlier, a small spoonful of salmon roe was added as a garnish. The way each roe bursts in your mouth, releasing juice, is a taste that never gets old—amazing.

White Shrimp
Compared to other places N<饭店不一样,三多屋爸爸嘴的虾子是已经帮客人贴心去壳剥好了,只要夹起来入口吃就可,感觉好贴心阿,而且虾壳也剥的很干净呢。

Crab Stick, Ginger Slices
Because the ginger slices weren’t sliced but served whole, I initially thought they were tamagoyaki. After taking a bite, I realized they weren’t—Volv such big chunks of ginger, how are you supposed to eat them lol, so I didn’t touch them in the end. The crab sticks were pretty good, with a sweet crab-like flavor.

Miso Soup
I think I ordered N<饭或者炒饭都会附赠一碗汤品,分量也很大碗,让我们有点吓到,从颜色上看应该是味噌汤吧, 冷冷的天气喝点热汤也不错。

I scooped around in the bowl with my spoon, wow—there were actually pieces of fish in it, and quite a lot too. They were probably leftover trimmings from slicing the fish. The broth tasted quite sweet and savory, not overly salty like typical miso soup. It’s a flavor both adults and kids would enjoy XD.
Overall,
After eating, I felt that Sando House Daddy’s Mouth really offers quite good value for money. For this price, you can get so much sashimi, which is pretty awesome. No wonder the business is doing so well. However, this place leans more toward filling your stomach. If you’re looking for something more refined and atmospheric, you might want to check out other places. The above is just my personal opinion for reference.
