Launching in March this year: The Snoopy Museum opens in Roppongi, Tokyo

Everyone, regardless of gender, has their favorite cartoon character—but no matter how much you love them, you might not be willing to take a long-haul flight just to meet them in person. I’m talking about the Snoopy-themed museum, which first opened in California, USA, in 2002. But in March...JapanTokyowill welcome the first overseas branch of the museum in Roppongi. Hong Kong’s Snoopy fans will only need to take a 3-hour flight to visit their beloved character soon.

The museum will showcase a series of early works and biographical materials from Snoopy's creator, Charles M. Schulz, along with large plush figures of the main characters from the "Peanuts" comic strip. To keep things fresh for fans, the exhibits will be rotated every six months. Seasonal events will also be held, and there will be a "Peanuts" café serving special themed menu items.

However, theTokyobranch of the Snoopy Museum is a limited-time exhibition and will only remain open until September 2018, so fans should plan their trips accordingly.
