Among the three new flavors of zong bread, the Daikon Zong features dough that has been fermented at a low temperature for a long time, wrapped with a savory shredded radish filling, then wrapped in bamboo leaves for fermentation before baking. The baked crust carries a refreshing aroma of bamboo leaves. The Curry Zong incorporates turmeric powder into the bread and is filled with Indian-style curry, bringing a rich and bold curry flavor that excites the taste buds. Meanwhile, the Taro Zong is made with natural purple sweet potato powder, and is filled with nutritious taro and sweet potato.
